The following set of standard rules and conditions apply when customers view or lease a property through our agency. Customer shall abide by the following rules at all times during and after providing our services, regardless of whether or not a deal is finalized.
BEFORE SIGNING AN AGREEMENT:
- Customer shall view the properties with our respective agents under the condition that all properties are confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties, agencies, colleagues, friends, companies, or any other persons without the consent of KAB Properties. Disclosing property information, such as name of building and location, to any third parties is strictly prohibited. All interested parties shall contact our agency directly with the sole intention of leasing a property.
- Customer shall only view our properties, first, second or multiple times by contacting our respective agents on every occassion. Viewing our properties without our knowledge is strictly prohibited.
- Customer shall contact our agency before signing a leasing agreement and will require the presence of our respective agent upon signing an agreement, as a witness to a contractual obligation according to the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
- Customer shall only contact our agency for the purpose of negotiation of rental rates, terms and conditions of a leasing agreement. It is strictly prohibited to contact the management company or landlord of the respective properties without an initial approval from our agency.
- Customer shall examine the property thoroughly before signing a leasing agreement to ensure the property is in tentable condition. Failure to do so will be the responsibility of the tenant in case any issues arise thereafter.
- All properties are let 'as is'. Any additional items and requirements are not the responsibility of our agency and we do not guarantee the fulfillment of those requirements.
AFTER SIGNING AN AGREEMENT:
- Customer agrees to pay the advance payment upon signing a leasing agreement and not delay the payment for any reason.
- Customer agrees to pay the rent on time as per the leasing agreement.
- Customer shall abide by the leasing agreement and use the premises only for the purpose intended, i.e. residential or commercial.
- Issues related to the regular rental payment, building management, maintenance and provision of facilities as well as other complaints should be directed to the landlord or management company in-charge. The above-mentioned issues are not the responsibility of our agency and we are not liable to resolve them.

Your use of KAB Properties services to find a property in Bahrain constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
