Adliya is an upper-class neighborhood in Manama, Bahrain. It contains several medium standard apartments and flats.
The district is a multicultural, busy area, a home to commerce, culture and entertainment, and it is considered as one of the prime tourist centres of Manama. In the last few years, many of the old townhouses have been turned into art galleries, cafes and chic restaurants.
As a result of the developing trend, Adliya is known for its clustered cafes, art galleries and restaurants.
Budaiya is a coastal town located in the northwestern corner of Bahrain, in the Northern Governorate of the Kindgdom of Bahrain a few minutes drive from the Saudi bridge. Budaiya has mainly villas and a few low-rise semi-unfurnished apartments buildings.
The northern region adjacent to Budaiya Road is the most fertile area in the country, irrigated from freshwater springs. It is the location of most growing farms, traditional family farms/resorts (nakhal), and animal stables. Today the Budaiya Road region houses European and American expatriates living in the kingdom and has a wide selection of international cuisines and fast-food restaurants and several small shopping malls.
Juffair is in Manama, Bahrain located in an area that used to be sea, but has been extensively reclaimed since 1970. Juffair contains the most high-rise luxury apartments in Bahrain, which are more than 90% fully furnished.
It is now home to many high-rise luxury residential towers, hotels, restaurants, and villas. Mahooz/ Umm Al Hassam is a middle-upper class neighbourhood on the southern coast of Manama facing Tubli Bay and near the new Sitra flyover bridge. It consists of a mixture of grand villas and newer high-rise luxury and medium standard apartment buildings, some of which have sea views.
Saar is an upscale residential neighbourhood in Bahrain with an affluent residential district consisting of mainly compound and private villas and a few low-rise medium-standard apartments. It is known to be a town of ambassadors, expatriates and wealthy Bahrainis
Saar is alongside Budaiya highway which is a developing commercial area for small shopping malls, quality supermarkets and international cuisine restaurants as well as fast food outlets. Saar is also near the Saudi bridge and attracts many expatriates working in Saudi Arabia.
Seef is a suburban upscale neighborhood with high-end luxury 5-star apartments and hotels along the north coast of Manama, Bahrain.
Seef is a result of active reclamation work starting in the 1990s, which has dramatically changed the Bahrain coastline. Surrounded on three sides by the sea, Seef is a new zone of reclaimed land containing luxury furnished flats, five-star hotels, first class apartment suites, and high-end major shopping malls.
Rents in Seef are reportedly some of the highest in the country with many large high-rise towers including the infamous Abraj Al Lulu towers and now the exclusive Porta Reef project, consisting of 1,2,3 bedroom apartments. Seef is fast developing into a business centre with many local and multinational companies building their offices in the area. Seef is the location of the Almoayyed Tower, which was the tallest building in the country. Seef is the homeplace of several upcoming 5-star hotel projects, namely Ibis and Kempinski hotels, after having already hosted the Ritz Carlton Hotel Resort.
